All gas log sets include radiant ceramic gas logs, G45 double bar burner pan or G4 single bar burner pan, silica sand for natural gas or vermiculite for propane gas, glowing embers, bryte embers, 10 pounds of lava ash, whistle free black stainless steel flexible connection tube, c-clamp, and brass fittings for installation.

If you have propane gas and the fireplace is indoors or is located outside in a enclosed porch, you must purchase a safety pilot control valve to use with your gas log and /or contemporary alternative choice. This is per the Texas Railroad Commission. Add the price of the valve to your choice to get the total price. If the fireplace is outside or uses natural gas, the safety pilot control valve is optional.
For the Automatic Safety Pilot System, they use batteries so they will continue to work if you lose power to your house.
